Below is a summary of the main issues addressed by this release.

Financial

You can now successfully post Invoices containing only Money Charges without having to close the Timesheet Period.

New Timesheet

1053899	TE-84420	Upon accessing new My Timesheet through Timesheet Manager, the user's display name is now formatted as Last Name, First Name.
1052757	TE-84418	Fixed an issue wherein selecting a different Phase while picking an Assignment resulted in the Phase to revert to the default option upon saving.
1053468	TE-84518	New Timesheets are now properly respecting their Closed/Open Period status. Caution: The logic determining whether a Timesheet is in a Closed or Open Period has been modified to now only consider the Start Date of the Timesheet rather than its entire span.

Notifications

1058790	TE-84619	Fixed an issue with Invoice Notifications wherein the Notification was not being sent to Client Contacts when the email was a semi-column delimited list of Email addresses.
1050956	TE-84294	Project Workflow Notifications are now sent to specified Email Addresses as expected.
1057552	TE-84579	Soft Booking Notifications are now sent to specified Email Addresses as expected.

Reporting

Fixed an issue with RDLC Reports whereupon previewing a report which has no parameters resulted in the report displaying in only a small portion of the viewing area.

Timesheet Manager

Fixed an issue with Timesheet Manager whereupon applying a Filter based on a Workflow State Attribute was returning no results.

Upland Analytics

Fixed an issue with the Upland Analytics Expense Data Source, wherein under certain conditions, some reports took a long time to load.
