• When the Allow project override is checked for the User Default Forecast Billing Rate section then the User Forecast Billing Rate selection box will be enabled at the project level (options tab). • When the Allow project override is checked for the User Default Forecast Cost Rate section then the User Forecast Cost Rate selection box will be enabled at the project level (options tab). |
