Fixed an issue with Financial Planner wherein the Revenue section did not display any forecasted hours when Use Actual Rate with Project Dependency option was selected for the User Default Forecast Billing Rate, if the Rule was added after the creation of the Booking.

The File # and Code(s) fields are now correctly populated with the users' ADP integration IDs and Payroll Code IDs respectively when exporting a Payroll Batch to ADP, ensuring the data is aligned as expected.

Upland Analytics

1584319	TE-98817	The Timesheet State field under the Timesheet Data Source now accurately returns data in reports, when users in different time zones have changed the Timesheet State.
1559421	TE-98799	Fixed an issue in Project Scheduling Data Source where some Time values were incorrect when Time Entries had multiple Notes or varied Assignment details.
