Audit Changes to Work Item Workflow Role

The Work Item Workflow RoleAudit Trail option available under the Setup > Work menu of the Audit Trail (Setup > Organization > System > Security > Audit Setup) allows you to track changes made to the Work Item Workflow Roles.

This article details how to set up auditing for changes made to Work Item Workflow Roles using the Audit Trail option. Track role modifications to ensure proper workflow management.

  1. From the Icon Bar click Setup .
  2. From the Navigation Menu click Organization.
  3. From the menu click System.
  4. From the System page click the Security button to access the Security setup page.
  5. From the Security page click the Audit Trail button to open the Audit Setup page.
  6. From the navigation, click Work located under the Setup category.
  7. Select the Insert, Update and/or Delete selection box(es) for the Work Item Workflow Role Event Type to enable the auditing of changes made to the Work Item Workflow Roles.

  8. Click Save Changes to save the changes you have made.
  9. Click Back to return to the Security page.
  10. Impact of your change: Changes made to the Work Item Workflow Roles are tracked and available in the Audit Trail.
