Proficiency levels help define the depth of Skill required to perform Tasks within a Project. While several default Proficiency levels are included, administrators can create custom proficiencies that align with organizational standards.
These proficiencies are used in combination with User Skills to assess and assign the most suitable resources to Projects. Proficiency is a key part of the Skills capability, which is included in the Resource Management module.
