On-page basic Filter (Simple Filter)

The on-page basic Filter, known also as the Simple Filter, allows you to focus on a specific subset of data. This feature can be accessed from the following areas of the application:

In this article, we will dive into the Simple Filter, a helpful tool for sorting through data effortlessly. We will specifically focus on its application within the Users list page as our example.

Using the Simple Filter

Navigate to the page where the Simple Filter is available. Refer to the table above. In our example we are going to use the Users list.

  1. From the Icon Bar click Setup .
  2. From the Navigation Menu click Organization.
  3. From the available options select Users.
  4. Upon the Users list page displaying, click the Filter button.

    Note: By default, the Users list is filtered to show Active, Suspended and Decommissioned users. If a selection box is unchecked, the Filter button turns blue ().

Filter by Decommissioned Users

Clear the Active and Suspended options to Filter the Users list and view only the Decommissioned Users in the system.

Select Suspend

Filter by Suspended Users

Clear the Active and Decommissioned options to Filter the Users list and view only the Suspended Users in the system.

Click Continue to delete all future bookings and allocations

Filter by Active Users

  • Clear the Suspended and Decommissioned options to Filter the Users list and view only the Active Users in the system.
  • Click Continue to delete all future bookings and allocations
