Pagination
The pagination capability located within the list pages allows you to modify the number of rows to display the information in a format that is most useful for you.
This article details how to use the pagination in PSA.
Change the number of items displayed per page
By default, the number of records displayed per page is 50. You can easily change this by selecting the required number of items to be displayed from the list box. The available options are:
- 25
- 50
- 75
- 100
The number of chosen records to show are remembered and loaded upon subsequent visits to the page with the same browser for the majority of list pages throughout the application.

Timesheet Manager
In addition to the already available options, you can choose to display 200 or 500 Timesheets within the following Timesheet Manager Views:
- Assigned Timesheets
- Everyone who reports to me
- My direct reports
- My Timesheets
- Timesheet Administrator
View next / previous pages
When you have a large number of items, use the Next and Previous
page arrows to navigate between pages.
