PSA 2026 R1.0 - Resolved Issues

PSA 2026 R1.0 is set to be deployed to your staging sites on April 15, 2026. Production sites will be upgraded on May 10, 2026. The listed fixes will become available to you upon upgrading to 2026 R1.0.

Excel Import

N/A	TE-105462	Fixed an issue where Excel Milestone imports failed for all subsequent rows after encountering a duplicate Milestone. The import process now handles duplicate entries correctly, allowing valid milestones to continue importing while reporting errors only for the affected rows.
#1924395	TE-105850	Fixed an issue where Excel import allowed invalid Project Priority values to be saved. The system now validates input and restricts values to supported Priorities.

Financial Planner

Fixed an issue with the Financial Planner where the Total Actual column could display zero despite individual monthly values being present. The calculation logic has been corrected to ensure that total actuals are accurately aggregated and displayed in line with the underlying monthly data.

Homepage Templates

N/A	TE-105130	Fixed an issue in the Homepage Quick Links widget where UI elements overlapped in the Template designer, preventing users from saving and causing display inconsistencies.
#1904909	TE-105544	Fixed an issue with the Homepage Templates Designer page where the Designer tab could fail to load and display a blank page for Templates containing multiple My Projects widgets. The issue has been resolved to ensure the Designer loads correctly and allows widgets to be configured as expected.

New Timesheet

Fixed an issue on the Project assignment and Timesheet Entry experience where the Task dropdown did not filter based on the selected Project Work Type, and the Work Type field did not update dynamically when a Task was selected. The Task list now correctly reflects tasks associated with the selected Work Type, and the Work Type is properly updated in alignment with the selected Task.

Notifications

Fixed an issue with Announcement Notifications where the Scheduled Send Date could not be updated beyond the Valid Until date when that date was in the past. The date selection now behaves correctly, allowing you to update the Scheduled Send Date.

Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS)

N/A	TE-105485	Fixed an issue where Invoice PO associations could not be deleted due to minor calculation discrepancies. The validation logic has been updated to ignore insignificant differences, allowing the association to be removed successfully when no meaningful variance exists.
#1902322	TE-105497	Fixed an issue where updating a PO Amount without changing its value could incorrectly trigger a validation error. The system now allows unchanged values to be saved without error.

Timesheet Manager

Fixed an issue where the Timesheet Manager could experience delays or timeouts when using the Everyone who reports to me View. Performance has been optimized to ensure the view loads reliably and returns results within an expected timeframe.

Tools - Excel Import

Fixed an issue with Excel import where invalid values could be accepted for Project Priority. The import process now validates the provided value and only allows recognized Priority values, preventing incorrect entries from being saved and ensuring reports reflect accurate data.

Project Management

#1929584	TE-105957	Fixed an issue where updating Milestones status could result in prolonged loading or timeouts for Projects with an excessively large number of milestones. Performance has been improved through query and index optimization to ensure timely updates.

The system now correctly handles UDF values during matching, preventing data type conversion errors and allowing matches to be processed successfully.
