Column Selection Options | Leave Request Manager

This article details the available Out-Of-The-Box Column Selection options from the Leave Request Manager, Project List Views and Expanded Rows.

For My Requests and Assigned Requests tabs, these Columns are displayed by default: Tracking Number, Reason, Assigned To, Start Date, End Date, Date Created, State, Summary and Action.

For All Requests tab, these Columns are displayed by default: Tracking Number, Reason, Assigned To, Start Date, End Date, Date Created, State, Created By, Summary and Action.


Option Description
Action This is the available Actions you can perform on the Leave Request based on your Role.
Assigned To This is the name of the User the Leave Request is Assigned to (Last name, First name).
Displays the approver’s Name when the Leave Request is in a State that can be recalled.
Created By This is the name of the User who created the Leave Request (Last name, First name).
Date Created This is the date the Leave Request was created on.
Description This is the Leave Request Description.
End Date This is the selected End Date of the Leave Request.
Originated By This is the name of the Originator of the Leave Request (Last name, First name).
Originator's Approval Group This is the Originator's Approval Group name.
Originator's Functional Group This is the Originator's Functional Group name.
Originator's Master Site This is the Originator's Master Site name.
Originator's Resource Group This is the Originator's Resource Group name.
Reason This is the selected Reason of the Leave Request.
Start Date This is the selected Start Date of the Leave Request.
State Displays the State of the Leave Request.
Summary Displays the Summary of the Leave Request.
Tracking Number Displays the Tracking Number of the Leave Request.
