This article details the file types that are supported by the OCR as well as unsupported receipts.
Supported file formats are:
- .jpg
- .png
- .pdf (Single page only)
Unsupported Receipts:
The following are not recommended, however some results might still be captured and returned:
- Handwritten receipts
- Horizontal receipts
- Receipts unequal columns / rows
- Other rare types of page shots not supported
Caution: If the condition of the source receipt or the quality of the image is very poor, some information may not be recognized.
