Viewing the work plans for multiple projects simultaneously within Project Scheduling page

This article covers how to view the work plans for multiple projects simultaneously within Project Scheduling page.

1. From the Icon Bar click Entries .
2. From the Navigation Menu click Project Scheduling.
3. Upon the Project Scheduling page displaying, select the required View.
4. Click Project and select multiple projects from the list of available Projects.

   

   Note: The Select all option it is available when selecting a Project while using My available Projects or Projects I manage Views, along with any custom Views based on them allowing you to efficiently select all available Projects.

5. Click anywhere on the Work Plan to refresh the page.
6. View the Work Plan with Multiple Projects selected.

   

   Note: The selected Project(s) for a View remembered and maintained upon revisiting the View by the same user across all browsers.
