Subscriptions in Upland Analytics

Subscriptions make it easy to keep yourself and your team informed by delivering the latest data directly to your inbox. With just a few clicks, you can subscribe to any report or dashboard and choose how often you'd like to receive updates—whether that's daily, weekly, or on a custom schedule. You can also subscribe other users to ensure key stakeholders always have access to the most current insights, without needing to log in or manually refresh results.

Note: If you have sufficient permission, you can view the subscriptions of all users. Otherwise, this page displays only the subscriptions that you own.

Depending on your permissions, you can do the following:

1. View the following information for each subscription:

   1. Is the file Enabled/disabled
   2. Email Subject
   3. Report/Dashboard name
   4. Owner
   5. Subscribed
   6. Number of Recipients
   7. Schedule
   8. Delivery Method
   9. Last Run Status
   10. Date Last Sent
   11. Next Run Date
2. Edit subscriptions
3. Enable/disable subscriptions
4. Subscribe to subscriptions
5. Run subscriptions
6. Delete subscriptions
7. Rebuild subscriptions (Admin only)
