SME Email body

You can modify the default message in the email template used when sending jobs to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The email includes the URL that the SME will use to access the content assigned to them.

To edit the SME Email body, follow the tasks below.

1. Go to Administration > Application Data > SME Email Body.

2. Edit the text as desired.

   Caution: Do not alter or remove the <<SMEUrl>> merge code, or you will remove the link included in the email. You may move it, as is, to another position in the body of the email.

3. Click Save to save changes or Reset to return to undo changes.
