Integration Settings

This page is used to manage Extensions Web Services that are used to integrate with Upland Qvidian. A custom action is added to an integration connection, so you must make sure Integration Connections have been set up first.

Add a new custom action

1. Click the + icon to create a custom action.
2. Enter a Description that will display in the action's grid row.
3. Select the Connection your custom action will be associated with.
4. Enter an Action Code.
5. Select the data entry screen or selection-driven content components where this custom action will be available from the Select Components to Expose this Custom Action section:
   • Select the checkbox(es) of the desired component(s).
   • To search for specific integration locations, enter text into the search box and click the Search icon or Enter.
6. Click Save.

Edit custom action properties

1. Select the custom action from the Custom Actions list.
2. Edit the fields as desired.
3. Click Save.

Delete custom action

1. Select the custom action from the Custom Actions list.
2. Click Delete Custom Action. You are prompted to confirm the deletion.
