RFP Compliance Matrix component (created documents)

RFP Compliance Matrix component is used to manage and insert a compliance matrix in an RFP Response document. For each item included in the matrix, users can indicate the text, compliance level, and comments. The system will automatically reference the page number on which the item appears in the questionnaire.

Add a header level

  1. Click the Add Add button icon to display the Compliance Matrix Level dialog.
  2. Enter the name of the level and an abbreviation to display on the grid, then click Add. The Compliance Matrix dialog re-displays and the new header level is inserted on the last row of the grid.

Edit a header level

  • Select a header level and click the Edit Edit button icon to display the Compliance Matrix Level dialog and then edit as necessary.

Delete header levels

  • Select the header level and then click the Delete Delete button icon. You are prompted to confirm.

Order a header level

You can change the order of the content items in the grid. This is the same order they will display in the document.

  • Select a header level and then click the Up and Down arrows to move the level up or down one row at a time.

Navigate the component

  • Use the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom, or click the component in the left side panel to navigate through the Required components. Once all required fields are complete and saved, a green checkmark displays next to the component.
  • To abort all modifications made to this component, click Undo.

Save the component

  • To save changes to the component, click Save.
