Edit RFP answers inline (Created Documents)

These directions apply to Inline editing use from an RFP file grid or from the My Work > Assigned Questions page.

You can use this editor to answer an RFP question in one of three ways:

  • Search for an answer content record in the library
  • Browse for an answer content record in the library
  • Manually enter the answer

You can also edit the Q & A record's properties and any applicable compliance entries. When completed, you can then designate that the answer is ready to be committed to the RFP document. Once saving the answer, it displays below the question on the RFP file's list view, or in the Answer column on the grid view. The owners of the RFP file can review the answer and then commit the answer to the RFP document.
