You can export information on activity or assignments into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to create a report. The information in the report varies depending on the report type and may include assigned slice titles, due dates, when participants have accessed the project, the participant currently working on an assignment, and actions such as sending a slice to a contributor or assigning a slice.
Activity report
The Activity report lists all the activity on the project since its creation, including each time it is accessed and the user who accessed it. This report can help monitor progress and track a participant's interaction with the project.
- Click the Show Activities
icon, and then click the Export 
icon. The "Export Activity Report" dialog will appear. - Enter a File Name.
- Click Export. The report will automatically download as a spreadsheet and you will have the option to open or save it.

Note: Activity generated by the system will not list a participant.
Assignments report
The Assignments report lists all the project assignments in order of how they display in the document. Assignments that track multiple slices together will be listed by the first slice in the assignment.
- Click Assignments tab in the navigation panel.
- Click the Export Assignments icon.
- Enter a File Name and click Export. The report will automatically download and you will have the option to open or save it.

Participants report
The Participants report can be used to keep track of tasks assigned to each participant and verify participants are completing their assignments on time.
- Click the Participants tab in navigation panel.
- Click the Export Participant Summary icon. The "Export Participants Report" dialog will display.
- Enter a File Name and click Export. The report will automatically download and you will have the option to open or save it.
