In Qvidian, content managers have the capability to initiate content review jobs, which involve sending content items to subject matter experts for any necessary updates to content stored within the Qvidian library. This feature offers enhanced transparency for both content managers and SMEs by providing visibility into the review process. The content manager has the ability to create many workflow tasks within a review job that can involve only one SME or several if needed. Once a review job is received, SMEs can conveniently review and make adjustments to the content. After the review and edits are complete, the subject matter expert can easily submit the revised content back to the manager, facilitating a seamless update process for the content within the library.

Example: Your Content Manager noticed that the services descriptions haven’t been updated in the Qvidian library, so they sent them to you, the subject matter expert, via a Content Review Job.
