Content Expiration Dashboard
The Upland Analytics Content Expiration dashboard shows information about content records that need attention because they have expired or they will expire soon. Expiring content records are those that are due to expire within 30 days of the time the dashboard is viewed. This data is based on the expiration dates set in content record properties.
Key Performance Indicators
Expired Content
Number of enabled content records that have expired.
Expired Content %
Number of content records that have expired as a percentage of all enabled content in the library.
Expiring Content
Number of enabled content records expiring in the next 30 days.
Expiring Content %
Number of content records expiring in the next 30 days as a percentage of all enabled content in the library.
Expired Content by Content Owner
The Expired Content by Content Owner graph shows the number of expired content records by owner. It is a tally of content that is expired by owner with a top 10 filter.
Document Types with Expired Content
The Document Types with Expired Content table shows, for each document type that has an expired content record, the document type name, the content title, the content ID, and when the record expired. This only applies to expired content records that are associated with a document type.
Expired Content
The Expired Content table shows, for each expired content record, the content title and ID, who created it, when the record expired, and the content owner(s) and content information.
Expiring Content
The Expiring Content table shows, for each content record expiring in the next 30 days, the content title and ID, who created it, when the record is due to expire, and the content owner(s) and content information.
