The Upland Analytics Content Management dashboard shows information about activities related to loading, editing, and updating of content in the library. The four activities that are reported on include: content edit checkin, content upload, content bulk load, and content expiration update. This dashboard can help content managers understand the level of activity their content library sees in terms of new content added and content edited.
Key Performance Indicators
Total Content Records
Total number of Content IDs in the system.
Content Created
Total number of new Content IDs created where the date created = previous 30 days.
Content Edited
Total number of content edited (Content Edit Check-in & Content Expiration Update) where the date created = previous 30 days.
Content Management Activity by Type
Displays a pie chart showing the count of records with the Content Edit Checkin, Content Upload, Content Bulk Load, and Content Expiration Update Event Titles and is filtered to the event date = previous 30 days.
Top Content Creators
Displays a bar chart showing content records created by user. It is filtered to the date created, which is the previous 30 days and top 10 users by count (descending)
Content Management Activity By User
Displays a line chart showing the count of content edited by users. The horizontal axis displays the date (event auditing date = previous 30 days). The vertical axis displays the count of all records that have had the following events: Content Edit Checkin, Content Upload, Content Bulk Load, and Content Expiration Update.
Content Management Activity Detail
Displays a table of all Content Management events. Filtered to event date = previous 30 days. Click a pie chart segment or legend in the Content Management Activity By Type chart to show a Content Management Activity By User chart for the selected Edit Type. Click a line in the Content Management Activity By User chart to show a Content Management Activity By Type pie chart for the selected Content Manager and date. Click a bar or segment in a drilldown reports to show a Content Management Detail table for the selected Edit Type, Manager, and Month.
