The Upland Analytics Content Usage dashboard shows information about the use of the Upland Qvidian library and includes Key Performance Indicators, Content Usage by Type, Content Usage Trend, Top Content Users, Top Usage by Content ID, and Content Usage Activity Detail.
Key Performance Indicators
Total Content Records
Total number of content records currently in your library.
Note: If you apply a date related filter to this dashboard, the title number of content record will reflect the number of records involved in any event during that time period. If you apply an event filter, it will reflect the number of records involved in that event.
Content Records Used
Number of distinct content records used over the last 30 days (e.g. If the same record were used 3 times, it would only be counted once in this KPI). It calculates the sum of the following for the time-frame:
- Event ID 5 (Content Download)
- Event ID 21 (Content Accept as RFP Answer)
- Event ID 22 (Content Accept as Project Item)
- Event ID 23 (Content Save to Clipboard)
- Event ID 35 (Content Download Using Generated URL)
- Event ID 42 (HTML Preview Used)
- Event ID 53 (Content Text Used)
Content Usage By Type
The Content Usage By Type graph shows a pie chart of content usage in the last 30 days broken down by the following activities:
- Event ID 5 (Content Download)
- Event ID 21 (Content Accept as RFP Answer)
- Event ID 22 (Content Accept as Project Item)
- Event ID 23 (Content Save to Clipboard)
- Event ID 35 (Content Download Using Generated URL)
- Event ID 42 (HTML Preview Used)
- Event ID 53 (Content Text Used)
Content Usage Trend
The Content Usage Trend graph shows total content use by day over the last 30 days.
Top Content Users
The Top Content Users graph displays total content usage in descending order for the top ten users by usage count over the last 30 days.
Top Usage by Content ID
The Top Content Users graph shows the highest content usage in descending order by Content ID over the last 30 days.
Content Usage Activity
The Content Usage Activity table shows all content use events over the last 30 days. Activities include the Qvidian event types above, such as accepting content as an RFP answer or project item, downloading, or saving to clipboard.
For each content record event occurring during the time-frame, the table shows the event date/time, the event title, who it was used by, content title, the expiration date, content owner(s), contact info defined for the content, and the content ID.
