Created Documents Dashboard
The Upland Analytics Created Documents dashboard shows information about the documents produced using Upland Qvidian. The data used in the reports comes from Upland Qvidian's internal tracking of built documents. You can find information for a specific created document on the Built Documents screen in the Manage tab of a created document or by going to the Documents & Projects page.
Key Performance Indicators
Built to Date
Total number of created documents built. The total counts the number of builds, not documents; so if one document with an RFP response is built 15 times, it is represented 15 times in this tally. Time filters do not apply to this KPI.
Built Documents
Number of all documents built during the last 30 days. The total counts the number of builds, not documents; so if one document is built 15 times, it is represented 15 times in this tally.
RFPs Built
Number of all created documents with an RFP Project component built during the last 30 days. The total counts the number of builds, not documents, so if one document with an RFP response is built 15 times, it is represented 15 times in this tally.
Document Build Trend
The Document Build Trend chart shows the number of RFPs and other documents built by day during the last 30 days.
Top Document Types Used in Built Documents
The Top Document Types Used in Built Documents chart shows the top ten document types used in document builds during the last 30 days sorted by number of builds for RFPs and non-RFP documents.
Document Build Activity
The Document Build Activity table shows, for each created document built during the last 30 days, the name and ID of the document, the document type used to build it, when it was built, the builder's user login name, and the date the document was created. If you are using Upland Qvidian and Salesforce integration, you will also see the close probability, the project status and its value.
