The Upland Analytics RFP Projects dashboard displays information on current RFP Projects.
Key Performance Indicators
Projects Created
Number of RFP Projects that have been created to date.
Projects In-Progress
Number of RFP Projects in progress. A project is considered in-progress if it has assignments and one or more of those assignments are incomplete.
Projects Past Due
Number of RFP Projects that are past due. A project is considered past due if it has assignments, one or more of those assignments are incomplete and it is past the project due date.
Project Completion Percentage
The Project Completion Percentage graph shows the percent of completed assignments for in-progress RFP projects with assignments. Shows all upcoming projects due in the next 30 days.
Assignment Activity by Participant
The Assignment Activity by Participant graph displays the number of active, past due, and completed assignments by participants in RFP projects. An active assignment is one that includes a task assigned to the participant that is not complete, but where the due date has not passed. A past due assignment is one that includes a task assigned to that participant that is not complete and is past the due date. A completed assignment is one that includes a task assigned to and completed by that participant. A blue line represents that total assignment count by participant. Participants are listed in order of current active projects with assignments. Only projects due in the next 30 days are considered. If there are assignments and they are everyone, the RFP Project is considered “Complete”.
RFP Project Activity
The RFP Project Activity table displays information about each RFP project, including the status (progress of project), assignment counts, assignment completion percent, start and due dates, and the project owner. It shows information for upcoming projects due in the next 30 days and also includes the close probability and the RFP status. The Project Status column refers to the progress of the project:
- Completed: When 100% of the assignments are completed.
- In-Progress: When less than 100% of the assignments are completed.
- Past Due: When a project is in-progress but the due date has passed.
