Review Jobs Dashboard

The Upland Analytics Review Jobs dashboard displays information on all content records that are or have been part of a content review job within the selected time frame.

Key Performance Indicators

Content Completed

Number of content records that were part of completed content review jobs, where all review tasks have been completed and the content record has been approved by the Content Manager.

Content In-Progress

Number of content records included in content review jobs that have incomplete review tasks.

Content Past Due

Number of content records included in content review jobs that have incomplete review tasks and have passed the content review job due date.

Content Under CM Review

Number of content records included in a content review job in which all the tasks are complete and the records are in the process of being reviewed and approved by the Content Manager.

Content Activity By Participant

The Content Activity By Participant graph displays the number of content records that are part of in-progress content review jobs by participant, along with an indication of which of those records are active and which are past due. The seven participants with the highest number of in-progress content records are shown. A content record is considered active if it is part of a content review job that is in progress and no assigned tasks for that participant are past the due date. A content record is considered past due if it is part of a content review job that is in progress and one or more assigned tasks for that participant that are past the due date.

Average Participant Response Time

The Average Participant Response Time graph displays the average number of days between the time when the participant is notified of their task and the time when the participant completes the task. The participant response time counts full days and includes Monday through Friday (UTC). For example:

  • If a participant receives a notification email at 11:59 am on Thursday and competes the task at 12:01 am on Friday, the response time would be 2 days. Each day the task was in-progress would be counted.
  • If a participant receives a notification email at 9 am on Saturday and competes the task at 11 pm on Sunday, the response time would be 0 days. No time is calculated because all the action took place during the weekend.
  • If a participant receives a notification email at 4 pm on Friday and competes the task at 6 pm on Saturday, the response time would be 1 day. Only Friday would be counted.

The average is calculated over all tasks assigned to that participant across all content records that have been part of completed content review jobs. The graph shows in descending order the average response time of up to 15 participants who were assigned to review jobs that completed over the last 30 days.

Content Review Activity

The Content Review Activity table displays information about every content record that is part of an in-progress or past due content review job. For each record, the table displays the content review job that it is part of, the start and due dates for the content review job, and the content review job status.

The Content Review Job Status column indicates the progress of the content review job:

  • In-Progress: One or more tasks may be incomplete; the Content manager has not approved the job and job due date has not passed
  • Past Due: One or more tasks may be incomplete; the Content manager has not approved the job and the job due date has passed.

For each of these content records, the table also shows the participants within the workflows, the number of total versus completed tasks, the owner(s) of the current task, whether or not a record has all tasks completed and is under review by the content manager prior to approval, and the time remaining for a content review job.
