Manage your Fast Feedback system settings
With your Fast Feedback settings, you can create reply templates, feedback alerts, field mappings, and manage your list of censored terms.

Open the Rant & Rave Dashboard.

Click Settings.
You'll see your account info at the top of the page.
Note: Your role determines whether you can access your fast feedback settings, and exactly how much you can do there. Learn more about user roles and what different users can access.
From your settings, you can:

Create, edit, or delete reply templates to ensure that replies from all your staff consistently use your organization's tone of voice.

Create, edit, or delete feedback alerts to let a member of staff know whenever you get a piece of feedback that fits specific criteria (which you can set).

Create, edit, or delete field mappings to connect multiple values so that Rant & Rave can automatically fill empty fields for you. For example, you could connect an agent’s ID to their name so that when one field is populated, Rant & Rave can automatically complete the other one.

Add, edit, or remove terms from the censored list to hide certain words, for example, profanities, from your feedback.
