Resetting your password

If you forget your Rant & Rave password, you can reset it.

To reset your password:

1. In your preferred internet browser, enter the URL provided by your Rant & Rave administrator.

2. Beneath the username text box, select the Forgot password? link.

   

3. Enter your user name or email address and select Reset. You will see a confirmation that you made a request to reset your password.

4. In your email program, open the message from Rant & Rave.

   You may need to refresh your Inbox.

   

5. Click the unique, one-time-only link. The Reset your password screen opens.

   

6. Enter a new password, making sure that it meets our password criteria listed on the Reset your password screen.

   • Minimum length 14 characters

   • Lowercase letter

   • Uppercase letter

   • Special character

   • Number

7. Ensure that you get a blue tick (check mark) for the whole checklist.
8. To confirm, re-enter the password in the Repeat password field.

9. Click Set New Password.

   You see a confirmation message:

   

10. Return to your email program and open the confirmation message from Rant & Rave.
