Note: Upland Software has made the decision to discontinue Rant & Rave’s Proactive Communications (Pro Comms) solution. We will continue to support all current Pro Comms functionality for customers with active agreements until our End-of-Support date, December 31, 2023.
Customers will be given the option to use a new Messaging API solution that will enable a more modern and robust messaging capability for our customers. Please contact your Customer Support Manager if you require more information.
You can change your account settings from the Update My Settings menu in the left pane:
Changing your password
Your password protects your account to ensure that no one else is sending messages in your name.
Note: Do not share your password with anyone else.
To change your password:
- Click Update My Settings in the left pane.

Click User Profile, and then click Change Your Password.
You see the password entry form.

Enter your current password.:

Enter your new password, and then re-enter your new password to confirm.
Tip: You can also select Generate Password.

When you are done, click Save.
You see a confirmation message.
- Click Continue to return to your user profile.
Editing your profile information
To change your profile information:
- Click Update My Settings in the left pane.
- Click User Profile, and then click Edit Your Information.
You see the profile information entry form. Your current profile information is already filled in.

Locate one or more fields to update, and then enter your information in the field.
Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

When you are done, click Save.
- Click Continue to return to your user profile.
Identifying your groups
- Click Update My Settings in the left pane.
- Click User Profile, and then click Show Your Group.
You see the groups to which you belong.
