Update user info

System administrators can update a user's info, including their Agent ID. The Agent ID connects the user's account information with their feedback and controls which parts of Rant & Rave each user can see; if the Agent ID is incorrect, the user's name won't be listed in the Fast Feedback dashboard.

Tip: The fields included in the User info tab are unique to your organization. Reach out to your customer success manager to find out what other account information you can include.

  1. Open the Rant & Rave Dashboard.

  2. Click the System icon in the bottom-right, then click User management.

    The User Management screen will open in a new window on a list of all users.

  3. Find the user in the users list.

  4. Click their username.

  5. Go to the User info tab.

  6. Make your updates.

  7. Click Save changes.
