Manage users
Once you've created or imported your users, you can configure their Rant & Rave setup for them (for example, you can assign their projects and profiles). You can manage Rant & Rave users from the users list—to get to the users list:

Open the Rant & Rave Dashboard.

Click the System
icon in the bottom-right, then click User management.
The User Management screen will open in a new window on a list of all users.
From the list of users, click on a user's name to manage their Rant & Rave account.
You'll see the user's account information. Each tab allows you to manage different user settings; check out the following table for more details on what settings you can manage in each tab.
Note: Your role determines whether you can access User Management, and exactly how much you can do there. Learn more about user roles and what different users can access.
Tab | Details |
---|---|
Details | See the user's name, username, email, etc. |
Projects | Assign a project/ projects to the user. |
Teams | Add the user to their team(s). |
Profiles | Assign a profile/ profiles to the user to decide how much access they have to Rant & Rave. |
User info | Add user info to control which data the user sees on their dashboard. |
Permissions | Check a summary of the parts of Rant & Rave the user can access because of the profiles you assigned to them. |
You can also temporarily suspend a user's access (for example, if they're going on vacation) by enabling or disabling their user account.
