Enable Next Gen Upland Analytics

You can now choose the version of Upland Analytics for use within RightAnswers. Super Administrators can use the company-level setting, UANextGenEnabled, to toggle between the Classic and the Next Gen version of Upland Analytics.

  • Setting Name: UANextGenEnabled

  • Section Name: Upland Analytics

  • Description: Helps toggle between the Classic and the Next Gen version of Upland Analytics. 

    • When UANextGenEnabled is enabled or set to 'True', RightAnswers will use the Next Gen Upland Analytics interface and features.

    • When the setting is disabled or set to 'False', RightAnswers will use the Classic version of Upland Analytics.

  • Default value: False (the Classic version of Upland Analytics is available).

  • Valid values: True/False

  • Type: Boolean

  • SuperAdmin only?: Yes

To enable Next Gen Upland Analytics, configure UANextGenEnabled as shown below:

  1. Open the Administrator Console.

  2. Click Settings> Application Settings.

  3. On the Application Settings page, click and expand Upland Analytics.

  4. Click and expand UANextGenEnabled.

  5. To enable Next Gen Upland Analytics at the company level:

    1. Click Add near Company/Group Values

    2. Under Select Company, select the company for which you want to enable Next Gen Upland Analytics.

    3. In Setting Value, enter True.

    4. Click Save.

  6. To enable Next Gen Upland Analytics at the group level within a company:

    1. Click the + icon beside the company name.

    2. Under Portal Groups, select the group for which you want to enable Next Gen Upland Analytics.

    3. In Value, enter True.

    4. Click Add.

      Click Save Setting.
