Configure AI Approver Review token limit

An AI token is the smallest unit of data (like a word, part of a word, or punctuation) that an AI model can understand and process. Tokenization breaks data into tokens, which is essential for analysis and also affects processing time and cost. AI tokens are not restricted to text alone.

The Super administrator can specify the maximum combined token size of the current and previous solution versions to trigger the AI Approver Review using the AIApprovalSolutionTokenLimit setting.

 NOTE: This setting is accessible by Super Admins only. 

• Setting Name: AIApprovalSolutionTokenLimit
• Section: AI Approver Review
• Description: Defines the maximum token size for both the solutions combined (current and the previous version of the solution) to trigger AI reviews.
• Default value: 0
• Type: Multi Line String
• Setting Level: Company
• Super Admin only?: Yes

To configure the AI token size/limit using the AIApprovalSolutionTokenLimit setting:

1. Open the Administrator Console.
2. Click Settings > Application Settings.
3. On the Application Settings page, click and expand AI Approver Review.
4. Click and expand AIApprovalSolutionTokenLimit.
5. For configuring the setting at the company level:
   1. Click Add near Company/Group Values
   2. Under Select Company, select the company for which you want to configure the token limit.
   3. In Setting Value, enter the token limit. For example, 20000.
   4. Click Save.
   5. Click Add.
6. Click Save Setting.
