Manage Company
RightAnswers provides company management capabilities through the Administrator Console, allowing organizations to structure and manage their environments effectively. A company represents the highest-level organizational unit within the system and is typically created during the initial customer implementation process by the RightAnswers team.
In most implementations, a customer operates within a single company. However, organizations with more complex structures—such as multiple business units, regions, or operational divisions—may require additional companies. The platform supports the creation of multiple companies to accommodate these needs.
Only a Super Admin can create a company. This ensures that company-level configurations are controlled and maintained by users with the highest level of administrative authority. Administrators can edit existing companies.
