Configure datasource API lock timeout

The Administrator can configure the duration (in minutes) that the Datasource API lock timeout remains active before it is automatically released, by configuring the DatasourceApiTimeoutLockDelay setting.

Setting Name: DatasourceApiTimeoutLockDelay

Section Name: API Configuration

Description: Configures the duration in minutes for the Datasource API lock timeout to wait before the lock is released. Default value is 2.

To configure the DatasourceApiTimeoutLockDelay setting:

Note: This is a system setting and cannot be customized at the company or group level.

1. Open the Administrator Console.

2. Click Settings > Application Settings.

3. On the Application Settings page, click and expand API Configuratio.

4. Click and expand DatasourceApiTimeoutLockDelay.

5. In Settings Value, the timeout duration (in seconds) must be mentioned.

6. Click Save Setting.
