Impersonate user

You can impersonate an active Solution Manager or Administrator Console user. 

  1. Navigate to the customer's URL:

    • For Administrator Console: customer.rightanswers.com/portal/public/support.jsp

    • For Solution Manager: customer.rightanswers.com/solutionmanager/public/support.jsp

  2. In Username, enter your Upland username.

  3. In Password, enter your password.

  4. For Interface, select the RightAnswers platform that you want to log into.

  5. In Impersonate Username, enter the username of the active user that you want to impersonate.

  6. Select the Company.

  7. Click Sign In.
