The Reports and Dashboards feature in RightAnswers provides administrators and managers with powerful tools to monitor usage, track performance, and gain insights into knowledge base activity. By leveraging real-time data and analytics, organizations can measure the effectiveness of their knowledge management strategy and make informed decisions.

Dashboards provide visual, real-time views of data that allow quick understanding of performance metrics. They provide a quick summary of key Knowledge Management indicators across your organization offering insights into the health of your knowledgebase usage, effectiveness, adoption​.

  • ​Executive Dashboard - displays views related to the Knowledgebase Health​

  • Customer Dashboard - displays views related to the Self-Service Portal​

  • Operations Dashboard - displays views related to the Support Agent Portal​

  • Knowledge Dashboard - displays views related to the creation/maintenance​ of knowledge

  • Community Dashboard - displays views related to the Community activities.

RightAnswers provides the following standard reports that cover key performance areas:

  • Portal - displays metrics related to the various activities and functionalities of the portals inclusing solution usage, search and content effectiveness, user engagement, and generative answers usage.

  • Author - displays metrics related to your company's content authoring.

  • Community - displays metrics related to activities that occur in the communities.

  • Graph - offers a graphical representation of data related to the portals and solutions usage.

  • Admin Audit Trail - tracks the activity of a logged-in user.

  • Datasource - provides information on the datasources and the corresponding SQL statements used to create them. Only Super Admin users can view this report.
