Enable AI Approver Review

The Administrator can enable/disable the AI Approver Review feature that uses AI to compare the current and previous versions of a solution in an approval workflow and display the differences between them. The AI Approver Review feature is disabled by default and can be enabled by setting AIApprovalSolutionReviewEnabled to True.

• Description: Enables/disables the AI comparison of the differences between the current and previous versions of a solution in an approval workflow.
• Default value: False
• Valid values: True/False
• Type: Boolean
• Setting Level: Company
• Super Admin only?: No

To  enable the AI Approver Review feature, configure the AIApprovalSolutionReviewEnabled setting as shown below:

1. Open the Administrator Console.
2. Click Settings > Application Settings.
3. On the Application Settings page, click and expand AI Approver Review.
4. Click and expand AIApprovalSolutionReviewEnabled.
5. For configuring the setting at the company level:
   1. Click Add near Company/Group Values
   2. Under Select Company, select the company for which you want to enable the AI Approver Review feature.
   3. In Setting Value, enter True.
   4. Click Save.
6. Click Save Setting.
