Glossary

  • Account name of the company that is a potential or current reference. The customer may have one or more reference contacts.
  • Reference activity that requires reference program approval prior to asset use (e.g. host a site visit, participate as a peer-to-peer reference, participate in a media interview, etc.).
  • Request submitted by a RO Platform user to the reference program to consider a current customer to be qualified as a reference.
  • Customer contact that has been qualified and for which reference assets have been gathered and/or reference activities have been agreed.
  • Activity in which a customer reference is willing to participate (e.g. host a site visit, participate as a peer-to-peer reference, participate in a media interview, etc.).
  • Includes both the content which the customer reference contact has jointly developed, approved and published (e.g. logos, case studies, customer videos, etc.) and participation activities that a customer reference contact has agreed to support (e.g. host a site visit, participate as a peer-to-peer reference, participate in a media interview, etc.).
  • Contact for a customer that is used as the actual reference. There may be one or more reference contacts for a customer.
  • Individual that manages the creation of and interaction with customer references.
  • Web page on which you assemble a combination of sales and marketing materials, such as case studies and customer videos, for presentation to your prospects.
  • Published document or media file created in conjunction with a customer reference. This type of reference asset requires NO reference program approval prior to asset use (e.g. logos, case studies, customer videos, etc.).
