Setting Up the Charge Entries

The Administrator page displays a list of all charge entries in Tenrox for the selected date filter. When users are assigned the Charge Administrator rights, the Administrator page is displayed by default on the Entries>Charges>Approval page.

Administrator Page: Available Links
The same links as available on the My Charges page are available on the Administrator page, as well as:

  • Work List: Visible only if the logged User has rights to the Charge Manager component of Charge Management. Enabled when the User is on the Administrator page.
  • Administrator: Disabled when on the Administrator page.
  • Charge Entries List: Status
  • This drop-down further filters the Charge Entries list.

Setting Results

  • All entries: Displays all Charge Entries within the selected date filter.
  • All approved entries: Displays all approved Charge Entries within the selected date filter
  • All entries approved by me: Displays a list of Charge Entries approved by the logged User within the selected date filter
  • Entries to be approved: Displays a list of Charge Entries pending approval within the selected date filter
  • All entries to be approved: Displays a list of Charge Entries pending approval within the start date of the database to the end of the current month.
  • When this status is selected, the filter is automatically set to Custom and the dates are set to the database start date and end of the current month. By default, this field is set to All entries.
