Using the Online Help

The online help is designed to answer any questions you have on how to use Tenrox. You can use it in several ways:

1. Search boxes on the Home page and on the top navigation area of each article, allow you to search on specific keywords. The Search filter contains options reflecting different guides. Selecting one of these options will allow you to perform a search within that selected section for more specific help.
2. Side menus to the right of the text within each article list related topics.
3. Links, which are in blue, appear throughout the Online Help.
4. Expanding text offers additional information that may not be relevant to every reader. Simply click on the plus sign, or the text itself, to expand it. And then click on it again to collapse it once more.
5. Screenshots are depicted throughout the online help, to illustrate the screen you should be using, and selections and actions needed.
