The synchronization is the Upland Project Planner (UPP) assignments bi-directionally integrating with Resource Management resource allocations. This process will allow for Bookings to co-exist within both Upland Project Planner as well as the Project Work Plan and for them to be maintained within the system of your choice.
This article covers how the synchronization of UPP assignments with Resource Management resource allocations, at the Project level, is activated.

1. Access the Project
1.1. Select Project List
- Click Project List from the Icon Bar.
1.2. View Projects List page
- View the Project List page.
1.3. Select the project
Select the Project you wish to edit by following one of the following steps:
- Click the Action down arrow located next to the Project name to access the Project context menu. From the available options click Edit.
- Click the name of the Project you wish to edit.
Tip: You can quickly open any of the recent ten existing Projects you've visited through the Home page, under the My Recent Projects frame.
2. Access the Project Options tab
The Project edit page will be displayed with an open General tab. Click the Options tab located next to it.
3. Select UPP Synchronize with Resource Planning
- Select the UPP Synchronize with Resource Planning option.
- Click Save.
