How do I export excel the projects in the PSR project grid and their status updates?
Using the Export capability allows the export of the list of Projects within the project grid view, as well as the latest status update for the respective Projects, to an Excel file, facilitating distribution to stakeholders. This article covers the exporting of the Project list found within the PSR project grid, along with the latest status updates for each of the projects.
Note: The status update will contain the configured KPIs and UDFs.
Version Note: This feature is available as of Tenrox 2015 R1.
1. Access the Project Status Reporting page
- Access the Project Status page. Click here to view the article on accessing the Project Status page.
2. Click Export
- Click Tools, and then Expor t.
3. Select Open or Save
Follow the prompt that displays, likely at the bottom of the page. Select to either Open or Save the file:
- Open will open the file immediately.
- Save will give you the option to save the excel file in the location of your choice and open immediately thereafter if you choose.
Note: The location of the prompt may vary per user.
4. View the excel file
- View the excel file, which you can format and/or modify before distributing it to stakeholders.
