The Client Purchase Order Data Source and related Views

This article provides all the Fields available for each View currently available under the Client Purchase Order Data Source in Upland Analytics.

The following Views are available when Client Purchase Order Data Source is selected upon creating a report. Click on any of them to view the available Fields.

PO Is Active This indicates if the purchase order is suspended (0) or not (1). Dimensions
PO Issue Date This is the issue date of the purchase order.
PO Issue Date Month This is the issue date of the purchase order (Aggregate Date - Month).
PO Issue Date Month Year This is the issue date of the purchase order (Aggregate Date - Month Year).
PO Issue Date Quarter This is the issue date of the purchase order (Aggregate Date - Quarter).
PO Issue Date Quarter Year This is the issue date of the purchase order (Aggregate Date - Quarter Year).

Client PO Line Items

PO Line Item Amount This is the amount of the PO line item. Measure
PO Line Item Invoiced Amount This is the invoiced amount of the PO line item. Measure
PO Line Item Is Active This indicates if the purchase order line item is suspended (0) or not (1). Dimensions
PO Line Item Is Available to All Projects This indicates if this PO line item is available to all projects. If the PO is not associated to any projects, this flag is 1, otherwise, it's 0. Dimensions
PO Line Item Recognized Amount This is the recognized amount of the PO line item. Measure
PO Line Item Remaining Amount This is the remaining amount of the PO line item. Measure
PO Line Item Unallocated Amount This shows the unallocated amount of the PO line item. If the line item does not have any project associations at all, this value is 0. if it does have project associations, this will be the amount that is not allocated to any project. Measure
PO Line Item Used by Charge This indicated if the PO line item can be used by charge entries (1) or not (0) . Dimensions
PO Line Item Used by Expense This indicated if the PO line item can be used by expense entries (1) or not (0). Dimensions

PO Line Item Project Is Active This indicates if the purchase order line item is suspended for this project (0) or not (1). Dimensions
PO Line Item Project Recognized Amount This is the recognized amount of the PO line item for this project. Measure
PO Line Item Project Remaining Amount This is what is remaining from the amount of the PO line item that is allocated to this project. Measure

Project Is Active This defines whether the project is active. This will show 0 (for suspended) or 1 (for active). Dimensions

Project Sum of Allocated Hours This is the sum of allocated time of a project (in hours). Measure
