This article provides all the Fields available for each View currently available under the Role Scheduling Data Source in Upland Analytics.

The following Views are available when Role Scheduling Data Source is selected upon creating a report. Click on any of them to view the available Fields.

Role Is Active This defines whether the role is active. This will show 0 (for suspended) or 1 (for active). Dimensions

Role Availability

Availability Available Hours as Alternate This is the number of available hours for users with this role as an alternate role e.g. calculate Max(Total working hours as alternate - Hard booking hours for users that have this alternate, 0). All user bookings are considered even if the user is booked on a different role. Measure
Availability Available Hours as Primary This is the number of available hours for users with this role as their primary role e.g. calculate Max(Total working hours as primary - Hard booking hours for users that have this primary role, 0). All user bookings are considered even if the user is booked on their alternate role. Measure
Availability Date This is the availability date. Date
Availability Date Day of Week This is the availability date (Aggregate Day of Week). Date
Availability Date Month This is the availability date (Aggregate Date - Month). Date

Availability Hard Booked Hours as Alternate This is the total number of user hard bookings for users that have this role as their alternate role. This only includes all hard bookings on this role. Measure
Availability Hard Booked Hours as Primary This is the total number of user hard bookings for users that have this role as their primary role. This only includes hard bookings on this role. Measure
Availability Has Overallocated Users This indicates if there are any users with this role as their primary role that are overallocated on this date. Dimensions
Availability Role Hard Booked Hours This is the total number of hard booked hours for this role whether or not the booking is on a user or not. Measure
Availability Role Soft Booked Hours This is the total number of soft booked hours for this role whether or not the booking is on a user or not Measure
Availability Soft Booked Hours as Alternate This is the total number of user soft bookings for users that have this role as their alternate role. This only includes soft bookings on this role. Measure
Availability Soft Booked Hours as Primary This is the total number of user soft bookings for users that have this role as their primary role. This only includes soft bookings on this role. Measure
Availability Total Working Hours as Alternate This is the total working hours for each user based on their own calendar (Total Working Hours = Working Hours - Overhead + Overload), summed over all users with this role as their alternate role. Measure
