This article provides all the Fields available for each View currently available under the Audit Trail Data Source in Upland Analytics.
The following Views are available when Audit Trail Data Source is selected upon creating a report. Click on any of them to view the available Fields.

Audit Trail

| Action | This is the name of the action (Any Action, Activate, Decommision, Delete, Insert, Query, Suspend, Update) |

| Audit Trail Comment | This field will display the details of the change |

| Change | This field will display the change |
|
| Changed Item Name | This field will display the item for which the change was made |
|
| Computer Name | This field will display the name of the computer from where the change was made |
|
| Entry Date | This field will display the date of the entry |
|
| Entry Date Month | This field will display the month date of the entry |
|
| Entry Date Month Year | This field will display the month year date of the entry |
|
| Entry Date Quarter | This field will display the quarter date of the entry |
|
| Entry Date Quarter Year | This field will display the quarter year date of the entry |
|
| Entry Year | This field will display the year date of the entry |

| Event | This field will display the name of the event (example: Expense Report State Change) |

| Event Category | This field will display the name of the category (example: ENTRY) |
|
| Event Sub Category | This field will display the name of the sub category (example: EXPENSE) |

| Event Date Stamp | This field will display the time stamp of the entry | Date Time |
| Ip Address | This field will display the IP address of the computer from where the change was made |
