Change the Status of a Subscription

The Subscriptions page provides detailed information about each subscription. You can change the status of recurring subscriptions.

Note: If you have sufficient permission, you can view the subscriptions of all users. Otherwise, this page shows only the subscriptions that you own.

1. Access Manage Subscriptions

The manage Subscriptions page can be accessed either through the:

  1. Select the Subscribe button from a report.
  2. From the Subscribe context menu click Manage Subscriptions.

  1. Click the Analytics Settings button on the Main Menu Bar.
  2. Then select Subscriptions from the menu.

2. Change the Status of your Subscription

From the Status column within the Subscriptions page you may:

  1. Click Enabled to disable the Subscription.
  2. Click Disabled to enable the Subscription.

  • Click Enabled to disable the Subscription.

  • Click Disabled to enable the Subscription.
