Delete a Report

You can delete reports that you have created.

Note: The delete functionality is available to you if you are the Master Administrator or the Report Creator.

Caution: When a Report is deleted, all subscriptions to the report are also deleted.

  1. Do one of the following to delete an existing report:
    • From the Navigation menu, click located on the right of the report name you want to delete and click Delete.
    • From an existing report, open the Main Menu bar and click .
    • Note: The Report Menu options will differ when viewing a report where you are not the Report Creator. When viewing a public report, only the following Report Menu options will be available: Settings (My Settings and Display Settings), Save As, Download, Email, Information and Notes. Only the Report Creator has access to all of the Report Menu options.

  2. A confirmation window displays.

    Note: When the report has dependencies or is a widget on a dashboard they display in the confirmation window. If you delete a report that is a widget on a dashboard, the report is deleted from the dashboard.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click the dashboard hyperlink to open the dashboard that contains the widget.
    • Click Delete to permanently delete the report.
    • Click Cancel to return to the previous page.
