2022 R1.0 - Resolved Issues

Below is a summary of the main issues with Zendesk Ticket IDs that were fixed in this release:

  • Previously, when a user opened a drilldown, multiple report titles were loaded. This has been fixed. (Zendesk Ticket ID: 703746)
  • You are now able to successfully drilldown on records with a null date field. (Zendesk Ticket ID:688084)

  • Reports can now be saved when they contain custom fields that are not used in the report. This allows custom fields to be reused which saves time and effort. (Zendesk Ticket ID: 623170)

  • You are now able to filter using the Before, After, and Between options for Date, Month, and Year type fields.(Zendesk Ticket ID: 595775)
