Create a folder

  1. In the Folder Name box, type your new folder name.
  2. Select the desired Parent Folder from the list.
  3. Select your Folder Visibility:
    • Public: Allows your folder to be viewed by all users. By default, this option is selected.
    • Private: Allows you to hide your folder from other users.
    • Share: Allows you to set your folder to be viewed by specific user(s) or user role(s) and give permissions. Scroll down to display the Share With Users box.
      • Click Select a value and select the user(s) with whom you want to share the folder.

  4. Click Save to create your new folder or Cancel to return to the previous page.
