The WorkCenter dashboard contains customized reports, graphs, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that provide a comprehensive view of your account. The dashboard is divided by collection(s), tabs on the left, and widgets, which you can access by selecting the tabs across the top.

Note: For detailed information on your specific reports, graphs, and KPIs, contact your account manger.

Apply a filter to a report or graph

A filter allows you to screen data in the data source to determine whether the data should be included in or excluded from the calculations of the report results for all widgets on the tab.

To filter a report or graph, follow the steps below:

  1. Click . The Filters Panel displays.
  2. Select a filter.
  3. Click Apply Filter.

To clear or reset filters, click reset link (provide image). A blue dot will appear in the upper left of the report that will indicate if a tab filter is applied. (provide image)

Drill-down into a report or KPI

Drill-downs allow you to select specific report values to view them from a new perspective. When you click a linked metric in a report or KPI, the linked report is displayed with data filtered by the selection in the original report.

To drill-down on a report, graph, or KPI, follow the steps below:

  1. Hover over the report, graph, or KPI. A hyperlink displays.
  2. Click the hyperlink.
