Manage workflows

Manager users in the Workflow Documents accessed from a review or approve list in the Folder view. managers role can manage a Workflow for Panviva. documents.

  1. Open Panviva Manager.

    The Document Management window displays.

  2. Click Workflow.

    The Workflow Management window displays.

  3. Choose the next step:

Remove a workflow

  1. Select the appropriate workflow from the Workflow Management list.

  2. Click Delete .

    The Confirmation warning dialog box displays.

  3. Click Delete.

Remove Required approvers

  1. Select the appropriate workflow from the Workflow Management list.

  2. Select Details & Actions > Required approvers.

  3. Select the approver.

  4. Click Remove.

    The selected approver displays as Removed.

  5. Click Save.

Remove Optional approvers

  1. Select the appropriate workflow from the Workflow Management list.

  2. Select Details & Actions > Optional approvers.

  3. Select the approver.

  4. Click Remove.

    The selected approver displays as Removed.

  5. Click Save.

Remove Required reviewers

  1. Select the appropriate workflow from the Workflow Management list.

  2. Select Details & Actions > Required reviewers.

  3. Select the reviewer.

  4. Click Remove.

    The selected reviewer displays as Removed.

  5. Click Save.

Remove Optional reviewers

  1. Select the appropriate workflow from the Workflow Management list.

  2. Select Details & Actions > Optional reviewers.

  3. Select the reviewer.

  4. Click Remove.

    The selected reviewer displays as Removed.

  5. Click Save.
